Built from the Ground Up
Crawford Building was established in Redding, California, with one man, Jamie Crawford, a pickup truck, and a commitment to doing things right. What began as a small framing operation grew into one of Northern California’s trusted custom home builders—not through flashy advertising, but through quality craftsmanship, integrity, and word-of-mouth referrals from homeowners proud to recommend Crawford Building.
Over 25 years, we've built more than 1700 homes across Northern California. Every one of them was treated like it was our own. That's not a marketing line — it's the standard we hold ourselves to on every project, every day.
We're still based in Redding. Still owner-operated. And Jamie remains personally involved in every project. More than 25 years later, the accountability and attention to detail that built our reputation haven't changed.
